LASER WELDING
Our laser welding system LAP 500-5 is controlled by hand (joystick) or CNC control – and has five axes which can be operated both manually and automatically.
The pulsed 200-watt laser reaches extremely high frequencies. This means we can weld both individual and series parts quickly and cost-effectively. Different contours can also be accurately welded without great effort.
Welding components up to a max. height of 1,200 mm is possible with the aid of a boom.
Laser systems are precisely designed for laser welding’s special requirements within the tool- and mould-making sectors. Our modular systems are designed for the most stringent requirements in industrial production.
We can weld a wide range of products due to our experience and a highly-qualified team with typically high standards regarding precision and flexibility. This includes repair welding, single parts to serial production, and from very small parts to extremely large ones.

Benefits of laser welding include:
• Low distortion
• Minimal thermal effect on material
• Pinpoint welding
• Welding different material types and thicknesses
• Produce desired hardness of material
• Fine welding seams
• Reduced reworking time
