POLAR-FORM designs and develops single and multi-component injection moulding tools,  rotary plates, and index drives. In addition, we specialise in in-mould labelling (IML/FIM: back-spraying of films) and silicone technology.

Our in-house mould flow simulation program enables us to examine the technical behaviour of our solution ideas before the start of construction of the tool. The design can be optimised on this basis.

All tools are then extensively tested under practical conditions. During a test run – directly in the injection moulding machine – we check whether your requirements have been 100% satisfied.
