POLAR-FORM provides a ride range of rotary plates for the production of dual and multi-component injection moulding tools in injection moulding machines – with clamp forces from 40 t to over 1000 t.

POLAR-FORM rotary plates are extremely streamlined due to their little height whilst also being exceptionally robust. We have developed various drives together with our partners, including stand-alone controls. This means we can achieve turning times for 180° in 0.5 seconds – with a tool weight of 800 kg on the ejector side.
