POLAR-FORM has been taking on apprentices for over 25 years. We place great emphasis on solid vocational training and on our subsequent specialists. If you are not quite sure whether training to become a toolmaker with POLAR-FORM is the right job for you, then you can get an idea of our company and the job itself as part of a work experience placement.

You are uncertain about what the right career is for you? With a trial placement you can get an idea what to expect in working life at POLAR-FORM. This encourages mutual understanding whilst you also learn about how we work.
We offer school pupils a technically-oriented stay with the company to get a better idea of future careers as part of a placement during school or holiday periods. We can adjust the length of the placement to suit you.

Training
In good shape
Have you successfully completed your secondary education or are close to doing so? When considering your professional future, nothing should be left to chance. Training at POLAR-FORM provides you with the wide range of perspectives you are looking for. Practical, hands-on learning and working prepare you well for your career. Our trainers provide in-depth support during your development and help you work on your skills. Acceptance into a promising position upon completion is also a possible option for you!

Your profile:

Major tasks are no problem for you

You are completely at ease with using technology

Pre-requisite:
-
Good results at secondary school, completed secondary education or metalwork at vocational college
Training:
-
3 ½ years of dual training Practical experience within the company and theoretical training in the classroom
-
Option: 3 years at vocational college to achieve the advanced technical college certificate (mechanical engineering)
